Carlos Mena - President and Chief Executive Officer He previously led the Latin American operation where Cirqit today is the leading provider of managed services / business process outsourcing solutions for the print category. Before joining Cirqit, Mena served as vice president of business development at RR Donnelley, the largest printer in Latin America. Under his regional leadership, he expanded directory printing to several new countries including: Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. This resulted in the capture of 60% of the Latin America market share for RR Donnelley within a 3-year time frame. Prior to his work at RR Donnelley, Carlos was the founder of a consulting firm that focused on print procurement. He also served for ten years as a business development manager for Unilever in Chile. Mena received a degree in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A. from the Catholic University in Chile. Back to Top
David Schroeder - Chief Operating Officer - North America Before joining Cirqit, Mr. Schroeder lead IBM's Strategic Division for Print Procurement. There, he was responsible for managing U.S. and global operations. Under his global leadership, the division streamlined procurement prices and processes, saving the company $60 million over a two-year period. Prior to working at IBM, Mr. Schroeder was the Purchasing Manager for Quark, Inc., a graphic design software company. Mr. Schroeder received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado and his M.B.A. in Business Administration from Colorado State University. Back to Top
Jeremiah P. Sullivan - Chief Financial Officer Before joining Cirqit, Mr. Sullivan was a founding partner of The Endurance Group. The Endurance Group provides Outsourced Business Development, Outsourced Sales, Lead Generation and other B2B Sales services to a diverse client base. He continues to serve as the firm's CEO. Prior to founding the Endurance Group, he served as the Managing Director of The Diamond Group, a New Jersey based private equity firm. Mr. Sullivan has also developed a broad base of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, international development work and commercial banking. He worked as a CFO at Diamond Communication Products, a management consultant at COMPO Consulting Group, a financial controller at AlliedSignal Corporation, a Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras and a commercial loan officer at Bank of Tokyo and National Westminster Bank. Mr. Sullivan received a B.S. Degree in International Relations from Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in 1984 and his M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College in 1993. Back to Top
Douglas Traina - Senior Vice President of Procurement Services Before joining Cirqit, Mr. Traina was a member of the Global Client Services management team for IKON Office Solutions, a $5.5 billion office equipment and on-demand print provider. Mr. Traina's responsibilities included developing strategy and managing outsourced printed services within the Fortune 500. Mr. Traina's prior experience at IKON was a Director role within the Technology Services division where he had responsibility for design and development of print management software solutions for the firm. Mr. Traina received his B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. Back to Top
Jorge Terra - Chief Operating Officer - Latin America Before joining Cirqit, Mr. Terra held several roles at RR Donnelley Latin America from 1995 to 2003. As Strategic Planning and Development Director (1999-2003), he was responsible for assessing acquisitions, developing alliances and designing and developing a new business model implemented in Brazil. This consisted of a consultancy business module that developed certified printing capacity through process improvement in local printers' facilities. This new concept helped RRD manage large regional customers, such as Avon and Readers, in regions where RRD did not have installed capacity. Prior to that he was General Manager for the Argentine printing facility (1995-1999). Mr. Terra also served as Managing Director for Editorial Atlántida (1988-1995) in Argentina where he was responsible for the logistics, fulfillment and manufacturing of the largest book and magazine editor in Argentina. Mr. Terra received an Industrial Engineering degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina and an M.B.A. from the Instituto de Altos Estudios Empresariales (IAE) in Argentina. Back to Top |
